As we all begin to get back to some sought of normality in the workplace, it has become clear, through regular contact with both our clients and course accreditors, that the swiftly-introduced e-classroom provision at the begining of the Coronavirus pandemic in March of 2020, which successfully enabled key industries to maintain regulatory compliance, has had a positive impact for many sectors. This delivery method, also referred to as ‘remote learning’, has seen delegates able to access learning even when working from home and whilst travel restrictions were in place.
Companies have not only been able to maintain quality standards but, have also seen a reduction in ‘lost’ travelling time, fuel consumption and most significantly and importantly nowadays, a reduction in their environmental impact.
Here at Engaging Safety Ltd, we pride ourselves in being able to maintain engagement not only between an individual and the trainer, but also across businesses and sectors with the encouragement of delegates sharing experiences and anecdotes, employing a teaching style known as kinaesthetic which can be more challenging in a remote setting than in the classroom, and the feedback from our clients and delegates has been very positive.
A further benefit is that we have been able to adjust our pricing, taking into account our own reduced overheads for this type of delivery, thereby passing on significant savings to our clients. If you believe that your Company would benefit from utilising our e-classroom facility, why not get in touch with our Client Relationship Director Mike at mike@engagingsafety.co.uk
